Cancelation policy

I am committed to providing all of my guests with exceptional service. When a guest cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another guest from being seen also resulting the loss of income for that appointment time.

Please notify me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to let me know of any changes or cancellations. When a guest cancels within this window, it doesn't allow me enough time to fill the appointment. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged 25% of your scheduled service for the missed appointment. If a deposit for the spot was paid, the deposit will be kept as the missed appointment fee. I understand emergencies do come up and will waive up to one incidence per year upon appropriate circumstances. With the repeat of last minute cancelations or missed appointments, privileges of pre-booking any future or online appointments may be forfeited.
